Having suffered chronic fatigue for well over a year, and then having spent a year in Mexico City, I came home out of shape and untrained. I had lost all confidence in myself as an athlete and had somewhat lost my identity. I was a fit athletic guy who loved sport and loved training. When that was taken away it became difficult to manage output for fear of making myself ill again.

Having hired the help of a coach, I was able to drop 2 and a half stone, regain my confidence and recomposition my body. The timeframe between these pictures is a couple of years but it took me 9 months to lose weight and change my body. The process taught me how to manipulate my nutrition and training in order to lose fat but I was able to implement this knowledge over the coming years to build a physique and maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I have a formula that works and I can help others do the same. I believe in consistency over intensity and the power of developing healthier habits that last.
